2 cups chopped pineapple
1 cup coconut cream
2 drops lemon EO
2 drops wild orange EO
4 drops lime EO
Add all items to thermomix and mix on speed 8 for 1 minute (mix further if need be). Freeze in a shallow container so you can break it up to wizz round again and re-freeze or serve immediately.
